The water taste varies with minerals contents and therefore user may experience hardness/salty while drinking with more TDS water. Service life is around 15000 ltrs or 18 months whichever is earlier (subject to use with good quality sediment & activated carbon block carbon), retains essential minerals in drinking water naturally around 20%, gives 21-23 ltrs water per hour, water wastage is less compare to RO membrane. When raw water TDS goes beyond 600 ppm, the inline filters and membrane may get clogged early. The antiscalant balls prevent scaling of the inline filters and enhances the membrane life along with inline filters. In case of high rise building or where the large concrete overhead tank is used, the tap water pressure may be more than 4 PSI, in that case users are requested to use PRV else the nf membrane may get malfunctioned early. + more
